The Living42 organization hopes to eliminate this fear and provide the people with simple, comprehensible steps to their nutritional health. 

Though nutrition is typically viewed as people with "health nut" and "fitness guru" complexes, this is simply not the case. Nutrition should be a foundation for how we live life. It should be a concept so built into our society that our children grow up learning it like a thing of second nature.
